Check-In

Roommates

You may request roommates upon check-in with Housing.  You and your roommate have to check in together.  If you don’t have someone in mind to be your roommate we will assign you one at check in.

Should the need arise, campers may request a roommate change with their floor supervisor. Roommate changes cannot be done by housing staff under any circumstances and have to be approved by the camp director! Players CANNOT switch room on their own.

Supervision

CSU has a staff of coaches and full-time counselors (24-hour) that direct and supervise all activities.  In addition, there will be one counselor on each dorm floor.  Camper to staff ratio is approximately 12:1 and campers are supervised at all times.  Camp directors reserve the right to dismiss any camper for any serious violation of camp rules and regulations.  There will be no tuition refund upon voluntary withdrawal or expulsion from CSU volleyball camp.

Rules and Regulations

These will be reviewed on registration day.  In general, we expect all campers to be on their best behavior at all times.  Any serious camp violation will be cause for immediate dismissal with no refund.  Please be advised overnight campers may not leave the camp and/or campus at any time.

Camp Contact

Messages may be forwarded to campers through Bri Olmstead at 970.213.1830.  You may also contact Bri in an emergency.  Campers do not have access to landline phones in their rooms.  They can use a cell phone or a pay phone with a credit card.

Injuries or Illness

When a camper requires medical attention during the day, he/she is taken first to our training room, then directly to the Colorado State University Health Center if needed.  If hospital care is needed, a member of the camp staff will contact the parents of the camper immediately to advise them of the situation.
